[RL with Jack Frost]

Elphaba was done preparing the food, and the table was ready too. She was cleaning the kitchen of jack's place, and thinking about how unusual that was.

She likes him, and looked like Jack likes her in return. First, that It cames as a complete surprise to her, because she was so far removed from what people thinks of as attractive, as admirable in a person, but Jack wanted to be with her anyway. He was confident and charming and handsome and irreverent.And though she would like to dismiss him as a spoiled, silly grow up man, and she would like to roll her eyes at him and his antics, she finds herself smiling instead, amused.

It was strange, but rather comforting. Elphaba even felt like singing, but she blamed it all on the atmosphere of the North Pole. Without noticing she started to murmur a sappy song she heard some time ago. She even couldn't remember where.

The elf had just finished making his rounds around the Pole, you know the usual picking on the smaller elves type deal, however he was in a rather grumpy, bitter sour mood thanks to Calvin. Not the current Calvin he had at this North Pole but the one who was becoming Santa back then. He dug into his back pocket to check his pocket watch and did a double take looking at the date. Elphaba was suppose to be here wasn't she or if she wasn't already by now. Taking a deep breath and and exhaling out slowly though his nose, he have to try to push Calvin's unhappiness off his shoulders. After all he was going to see her for two whole weeks.
Well, least he had something for her as he dug a wrapped present out of his pocket holding in his arm.
Nearing his condo; he wondered how someone like her could like someone like him and it wasn't just the coldness of the man but the Jack being 'special' part. But she didn't seem to mind his twistedness and in a sense he was trying to better himself.
Opening the door, that was always opened, he rarely was in there anyways and no one borthered to disturb him. He heard singing... The elf smirked and joined in;

As he finished the song up, leaned there against the doorway staring straight into the dining area though his sunglasses, there was a board smirk against his face and his white teeth showing even a bit.

A surprised expression flittering across her face when she saw Jack, then her usual mask melted down, and she smirked.

“You really have a lovely voice, Jakie.” Elphaba kissed him on the check and then stopped, looking confused. “All this is so… homely. I usually don’t do homely.” She commented, trying to make it not sound like an accusation and not certain if she succeeded.

He chuckled, 'As do you.' He let her peck on his cold cheek before continuing.
He cocked his head, his eyes half masked, 'Is it because you don't have a place you really call home.' He stood facing one hand weaving his fingers though her midnight hair.

She didn't look at his eyes anymore, but she enoyed the sensation of jack's cold fingers in her hair.

"Maybe..."She sighed deeply and gestured to the table ."I hope you're hungry, I cooked to much you're going to have food for a year."

Slowly, Jack stopped stroking her hair and nipped her with a kiss on the cheek lightly. He hoped that she didn't mess with his hair too much and find that silver hair that Calvin caused him.

He looked at her heavy eyed, he didn't mean to bring up something sore and blinked, "A whole year?" He chuckled, "Taking to make me fat now?" Jack's chuckling froze, at the word fat and shook his head lightly, "Oh, speaking of which" grabbing the present now with his free hand, "This is for you." It was sloppied wrapped in green shiney paper and black ribbon but he couldn't wrap that well. "I think you'll find this rather usualful on your travels."

"oh don't worry, I doubt that you can get fat, but if you do, I know some exercises that you can do..with me."

Elphaba looked surprised at the present. No one else gave her a present before. Glinda gave her the black pointy hat, but she did it to make fun of her, Glinda wasn't expecting that Elphaba would like it at all. So it was rather unexpected to have someone who already cares of giving her a present that she would really like. She wasn't sure what to say.

Frost doubted that himself considering he had a fairly high metabolism. Minus the time he was Santa. That was a whole different story. But it was just that word, 'fat'. That made him cring and his mouth twist in a snarl that made it look as if he had an under bite. The elf spaced out entirely until heard, 'with me'. Snapping back from his hatred of Santa his blue eyes lessen of the icyness, widing his eyes they sparkled as they looked at her and his mouth twisted to a smirk, "I'm sure you do." Was the reply.

"Is something wrong?" The elf shook his head as she seemed to just stare at the wrapped object.

"Oh, I know that." As he throw his head to one side. "But I wanted too." Folding his arms together, "I really wanted too." His smile becoming more sincere. "Go on, open it... Sorry, about the sloppy wrapping work."
But he wasn't about to tell her he thieved it like he did everything.

"No, no there's anything wrong. it's just..:" How she could explain that to him ? He came from a land where presents were a common thing on a daily basis. "I'm not used to that type of attention.

"It's the best wrapping i ever seen, Jack." It was true, no one gave her nothing wrapped before. She opened the present and looked at it mesmerized.

"That's a PDA right?" She smiled like a child and gave Jack a half hug, she was scared that a whole hug would melt him by accident. "Now, you should teach me how to use it, so we can talk as much as we want."

"Well, you should be." He chuckled modestly. "Thanks. I did try." Even if he wasn't cut out to do what the worker elves did he did in fact try at the least.
The elf nodded to her question and half hugged her back, he didn't really mind if it was a whole hug or not, hugs in general bothered him.

"Oh, it's not that hard... But why don't we eat while I teach you?" He had in fact only gotten up a little while ago and was sheerly going on coffee.

"I'm in need of a good breakfast." He was after all nocturnal.

Jack was true, he really pay a lot of attention to her, trying to teach her how to fly with a deer, and telling her jokes. But the whole concept of a relationship was difficult for her, even if she was enjoying it.

“Breakfast, heh, sure Jack. Be my guest” She knew that it was, in fact, Jack’s house, but she wanted to say it.

The dinner was enjoyable; she really liked to hear Jack’s voice, even when he was complaining about Calvin. Elphaba didn’t like the man either, and she always was a good listener. She didn’t’ wanted to left Jack, but it was necessary, the situation of the Animals in Oz was critical, and the wizard would be the only one that could help them.

He smirked, 'be her guest'?
He ranted on and on. Pausing to eat and sip from the chinos they had. After a certain point he noticed he had spent their entire dinner talking about that man.
"I'm sorry... I didn't mean to make this unhappy..." He should go to someone else to rant about that man.

"Anyways.." He put the napkin aside, "Let me show you know to use that thing."
Scooting his chair over to Elphie's. "It's rather quite simple and it's screen touch so you just take this pen... and click whatever you want there on the menu... Simple no?"
Turning his head towards her, his eyes pleasent. "You know you really do look good in candle light."

Elphaba payed attention to Jack's explanation until he said that last words.

No matter how time he did it, she was still not used to people giving her compliments. Her cheeks turned a soft tone of red...or violet, because of her green skin.

"You don't have to lie to me." She smiled softly.

Jack eyed her, modesty, "Why would I lie to you?" He whispered
As he reached out to stroke with his pointer finger though her long midnight hair, gently.

"A thing like that can't be true, just that." Elphaba responded. She smiled at the sensation of Jack's touch and moved her head so his hand reached her neck. “Feels great,” moaned Elphaba with her eyes closed, clearly in bliss.

Opening her eyes, the witch left the PDA on the table carefully, like it was the most precious thing on the world. "I been thinking about what you said of eternity, Jack. I know I can't live forever, but I made a research and I found some interesting books on Shiz's library."

"Why? Why can't it be? The light brings out your features and gleams your skin and hair." He paused his hand went smoothly across her cheek and down to her chin. "I think it's true."

As his hand fell he took her hand gently and kissed it lighty.

At her words, his eyes met hers. "Oh? And what exactly where in these books you found?" Came the inquisitive reply "A way to live longer or forever, prehaps?" As curoius as he was, his voice still stayed in a romantic tone.

"I found that everything can die, even gods..." She spoke softly, blushing again at Jack's gentleness. "But there's ways to reach immortality. You need power and knowledge. I will beg the wizard for help, if he's that powerful he will be able to teach me the way to be with my beloved one forever.." She caressed jack's face, smiling at the cold contact, and warmed his skin with a kiss.

"Well..." Before Jack continued he was reminded of what happened to Kassy, "True... but it takes something physical at the least to die. Not as if it would be sickness or age."
He did wish at times he could blush, unfortunately he could not.
Snugging his hair upon her shoulder, his eyes rolled to look at her. "Do you think it wise to ask so much of him so soon?" His arms, one lying his leg the other across the other hand, falling on her leg.

"I doubt that anyone would be interested in any physical from me..Unlike you, but I like that idea." Elphaba give him a lecherous smile. "I will not ask him that on the first reunion, but ms Morrible said that he's interested in me because my magic is something unique...I'm sure that we will see each other more than one time." Elphaba come closer to him and kissed him again and bit his lips softly. "I had a dream about a celebration throughout Oz that's all to do with me."

The elf's head still laid on her shoulder, "I meant such as a gunshot or the such... Immoral just really you live forever unless, something happens to you.. and even then you come back somehow." Frost bite his lower lip thinking about Kris and his coat.
"Oh?" His ear perked and voice toned of interest, "Why is it unique?... Well, prehaps, asking on the first account wouldn't be such a bad idea then."

He paused to take in the kiss before asking more of her; "You did? Well, that's great!" His teeth showed, "When did you dream this?"
Frost was a tad confused, he's never seen Elphaba sleep, and the confusion could be seen in his eyes as he gazed at her.

"Bad grass never dies jack, and I'm more similar to grass than anyone, so.." She shrugged."I'm not sure way, they just said that my powers are special...not like the Wizard ones, but still."

Elphaba noticed Jack's curious gaze. "I don't sleep much, but sometimes I need to do it too. You can make me really tired, after all. The other day I feel asleep on the library." the witch frowned a bit. "What a shame..."

Huh. He thought, you'd think they would be less vague, the elf blinked on her shoulder.

There was a sly smirk across his face with a small chuckle at the first part of her sentence. "Well, I'm sure it wasn't intent..." He drifted, he clinged to things didn't he? It was after all only going to be a week but still. His eyes moved as he wondered if he had done the wisest thing actually clinging in the first place. But he did. He did like feeling wanted.

"I suppose you have to go don't you now?" His eyes returning to the top so he could look at her. Disappointed of course.

A sad look crossed Elphaba's features.

"For the best, Jack." She squeezed his hand. "But I will be back before you could say Rudolph's mama."

Lifting his head, he smiled and said, 'Rudolph's mama'
And kissed her on the nose with a slight bite.

Elphaba made a contented noise, and moved her hand to Jack's neck to kiss him properly. Maybe it was their last night together in a week, but it was being one of the best.
